Sunday Mornings for KIDZ! Babies and Crawlers
Babies and crawlers are loved at Istrouma! Each Sunday morning, our Little KIDZ leaders provide age-appropriate songs, activities, and lots of TLC for our babies and crawlers.
Our baby nursery is a large and spacious room with cribs for each baby, activity mats, swings, exersaucers, and other developmental play equipment. Our crawler room is equipped with age-appropriate toys, activity mats, and cribs for resting. When parents arrive, Little KIDZ leaders ask for basic information such as feeding needs, allergies, and any other special instructions. These details are noted on the check-in slip and on the card on each crib. Nursing moms are welcome to use the curtained nursing areas or send expressed milk in a 
bottle. Some things to consider when packing baby's diaper bag for a stay in our baby or crawler rooms:
- Please label EVERYTHING, including diaper bag, pacifiers, bottles, etc. Diaper bag tags are available at the Welcome Desk at no charge.
- Please include a change of clothes (babies sometimes get messy!) and several extra diapers.
- We are unable to administer any medication other than diaper ointment. If baby will need to have ointment applied at diaper change time, please be sure to request this at check-in.
Babies and crawlers promote on a developmental basis, and parents are always notified of any promotions.
